Tip to Toe Bodyworks has a few policies or practices that clients should be aware of:
We have a cancellation policy. Time is set aside for your appointment and usually cannot be filled at a moments notice when you do not show up. If you miss an appointment or do not give us more than 2 hours notice, there may be an additional fee added to your next visit.
Official massage receipts for submission to the insurance companies will not be issued on gift certificate purchases or the redemption of them.
We are not responsible for lost or destroyed gift certificates. Please be careful with them as they have a value unless you are unable to produce them.
It is recommended that you do not bring children into your massage session, as it is distracting to both client and therapist which results in a less effective treatment. If you are bringing a child/children, please make sure they have what they need to keep them quiet and content in the massage room (water/juice, snacks, toys or games to entertain). If they need to go to the washroom, be prepared to get off the massage table and assist them, even if they are old enough to go by themselves.
